By visiting, accessing, or executing functions on ToolJetty ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize ToolJetty's client-side tools for personal, educational, non-profit, and commercial applications.

Your Files and Assets: ToolJetty claims zero ownership or rights over any files, images, PDFs, QR codes, or documents you process through our tools. All rights remain exclusively with you.

Platform IP: The ToolJetty website design, source code, logos, brand assets, and custom user interface components remain the exclusive intellectual property of ToolJetty.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate malicious QR codes linking to phishing scams, malware, or illicit software.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or execute denial-of-service attacks on our distribution infrastructure.
  • Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of third parties.
  • Distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content using our generator banners or export functions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolJetty is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive for high conversion quality and rigorous browser execution standards, we cannot guarantee that every browser, operating system, or corrupted source file will execute without exceptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ToolJetty, its creators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or device malfunctions arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
